I know what he’s saying yet I cling onto the pain and depression for comfort. Until I experienced distance between pain and depression I figured everyone sees the world as I do or rather I hadn’t considered more than I thought possible, thus showing a broader perspective of the world to me. How can i integrate that with my light, if pain and suffering are part of my core identity? Thanks for any input .

The only people who are 'idiots' and 'fools' are the ones who are fooled by this godman, including the 'doctor' who is interviewing him, sitting there as if he is in front of God! Where do you think this 'sadhguru' gets his great wisdoms from? Surely not from any great tomes or his own great mind under that fanciful turban. It's from experts on youtube!! This godman himself is one of the 'commercial forces' that he talks about, running an India-wide and world-wide business in 'spirituality' for the idiotic masses, and destroying hundreds, if not thousands of acres (that were got cheap through unholy political connections), which used to be wildlife habitats, including that of elephants! There are people who spend thousands of dollars of their own money doing their own, independent scientific research (and not connected to any industry) for their health and longevity, whose results everyone can avail of, once they are discovered. It is their own money and they can do what they want with it, without waiting for the permission of charlatans in fancy costumes and unhygienic beards. They are not looking to live a thousand years but just in good health as long as they live - so idiotic to think otherwise!
